Whether at work or out in the community, Joanna Gliksberg's commitment to tzedakah and tikkun olam is front and center, those Jewish values informing everything she does.

Currently she serves as member and President of the YLD Board and has been a member of the Ben-Gurion Society for many years.

As a Solution Engineer at Salesforce, she helps healthcare clients effectively use the platform during a time when providers are relying heavily on all their systems to treat patients. She also manages Faithforce, an interfaith group of colleagues, to help foster a culture of belonging within the company.

In addition, she is involved with the Chabad of River North, and attends Shabbat dinners with the Chabad family, and often hosts programs for them.

I am a local leader of Faithforce, a Salesforce employee resource group. Faithforce brings interfaith collaboration and education to our employees to promote equality for all. We celebrate faith diversity and the importance of building connections across differences. The most rewarding part is representing my Jewish identity and teaching others about our traditions.
