A leader at work and beyond, Gideon Horberg is determined to help the Jewish community of tomorrow.

When he finishes a day of work improving his company's processes, Gideon gives back with a variety of volunteer projects. In his work with Boy Scouts of America Troop 62, partnered with Congregation Beth Shalom, he dedicates time every day to help the scouts develop leadership, confidence, and other crucial life skills. As a shiva minyan leader for Beth Emet the Free Synagogue, he is prepared to help families during their hardest times. And prior to this year, on the Back From Birthright Israel committee, he helped create and led events to reconnect young adults with Judaism.

With much of his work done behind the scenes, he embodies the highest form of tzedakah. This motivated mensch has more than earned his place on this year's 36 Under 36 list!
