As a volunteer EMT for Hatzalah Chicago, Moshe Blonder takes calls 24/7, often jumping out of bed in the middle of the night to respond to emergencies and help save lives.

A healthcare executive in the nursing home industry, Moshe responded to the pandemic in a big way, supplying free pulse oximeters, oxygen concentrators, and masks to stores and individuals in need due to COVID throughout Chicago.

Moshe is known for being generous, dedicated and highly involved in his Jewish community. He and his wife, Tamara, have four children, and while he may be on call at all hours of the night, he always makes a point of being home when his kids wake up in the morning.
