Dan Thalheimer
Honoring a family legacy has become the driving force for Dan Thalheimer, whose grandfather survived Auschwitz. Dan serves as development chair for the Illinois Holocaust Museum Young Professionals Committee working to expand access to Holocaust education for Jews and non-Jews alike and leading fundraising efforts including the organization of a benefit concert and a 5K race to support the museum.
Dan has also been a JUF LEADS program group leader, bringing Jewish young professionals together to discuss Jewish topics and providing network-building opportunities.
Professionally, Dan is the senior director of investments for General Growth Properties, Inc., a large public real estate company headquartered in Chicago.
