Ali Weiner is the real deal-and she works for the company that knows how to get you the best deal. As Groupon's Chief of Staff, colleagues describe Ali as a role model for young women in her workplace, starting her mornings bright and early with investor meetings and supporting the company's CEO -- no small task.

Even with a leadership role in a 24-hour ecommerce business, Ali still finds time to give back. She serves as a member of JUF's Young Leadership Division board, was vice president of the Boys and Girls Club of Chicago Young Professionals Board the past few years and remains involved in her alma maters, The Latin School of Chicago and Choate Rosemary Hall.

How do you Jew in Chicago?

I'm an active member of JUF's Young Leadership Division Board and am traveling to Israel on Birthright this summer. Otherwise, my Jewish life in Chicago revolves around Shabbat dinners with friends and family.
