Jimmy Sarnoff

Jimmy Sarnoff

As YLD Campaign Chair, Jimmy gave us ... Jimmy. As in Jimmy Fallon, as in the special guest of the biggest YLD event in its decades-long history, with 2,600 in attendance. Oh, and it raised more than $400,000. It’s altogether appropriate that the event involved a comic, since the friend who nominated Jimmy calls him “the funniest guy I know.”

Jimmy recently graduated from JUF’s Jewish Leadership Institute, serves on JFNA’s National Young Leadership Cabinet - and is now the president of YLD. He’s a property tax attorney, married with two kids ... so while he enjoys stand-up, he’s also a stand-up guy. In fact, he says that part of the reason he “find[s] nothing more satisfying then knowing that I am helping thousands of Jews locally and throughout the world” is that by doing so, he is “setting an example for my children.”
