When it comes to financial literacy, Nisa Kwall is your go-to gal. Her job as a financial advisor, where she has carved out a niche helping young professionals at the start of their careers build healthy financial habits, is just the tip of the iceberg.
As an active member and former president of Chicago's Business Networking International chapter, she connects her network together to ensure success across a variety of industries. She is also an inaugural member of the Jewish Women International Young Women's Leadership Network board in Chicago, where she focuses her efforts on economic literacy, community training, healthy relationship education and the proliferation of women's leadership.
Nisa has also been an active member of the Jewish community through larger JUF initiatives, including YLD's Gesher program and Business Professionals Network.

HOW DO YOU GIVE BACK:
I give back by doing whatever I can, whenever I can for others—whether that means donating my time, money, ideas, or resources. Growing up, I remember on each birthday setting aside three presents I received, which I would then donate to children in need. In middle school, I started an initiative with my friend that involved walking dogs for money and then donating the proceeds to charity. As an adult, I have continued to prioritize giving back by serving on non-profit boards, participating proactively in at least one volunteering event each month, and donating to various charitable organizations.
A JEW WHO INSPIRES YOU:
My mom! My mom did a kick-a$$ job of showing me how to be a strong career woman, raise a successful family (with the help of my amazing dad, of course), be an instrumental part of the Jewish community, and engage in her passions (like becoming a published author of books about Judaism). My mom has set an incredible example and I am so grateful to have her as one of my direct sources of inspiration.
